Musculoskeletal Care Experience Right at the Event

Many athletes were surprised to discover minor misalignments in the neck, shoulders, or back that could significantly impact their performance. The specialists from Chiro Lifestyle Medicine enthusiastically shared insights on maintaining a healthy spine, improving mobility, and preventing sports injuries.
