A Vibrant Gathering of the Global Kendo Community

Over 200 Kendoka from 9 countries, including several national teams, competed in this event. Their presence not only highlighted the growing popularity of Kendo in Vietnam but also encouraged cultural exchange, learning opportunities, and stronger connections within the international Kendo community.

Each athlete brought dedication, passion, and discipline — weaving together a meaningful and unforgettable tournament experience.

Chiro’s Role: Enhancing Performance Through Musculoskeletal Care

As the health-supporting partner of the event, Chiro Lifestyle Medicine had the privilege of closely observing the powerful, precise, and dynamic movements required in Kendo. This reaffirmed the importance of:

  • A well-aligned and healthy spine

  • Flexible and responsive muscles and joints

  • Efficient neuromuscular coordination

  • Proper recovery after high-intensity training or competition

Kendo demands speed, balance, stability, and endurance — all rooted in optimal musculoskeletal and spinal health.

We are proud to have contributed to supporting the well-being and performance of the athletes, ensuring they can compete safely and confidently.

Sustaining Passion Through a Strong and Healthy Body

At Chiro, we believe that athletic performance begins with good health. We hope our presence at the tournament helped the Kendoka maintain their physical condition and continue pursuing this disciplined and deeply artistic martial art.

We look forward to future tournaments and to continuing our mission of supporting athletes and the sporting community.
